WHAT'S THE PROCESS?
STEP ONE
Get in touch.
Fill out the submission form and tell us a little bit about your special day.
STEP TWO
Confirm your booking.
To secure your wedding date a signed agreement and deposit are required.
STEP THREE
Book a meeting.
This can be either Zoom or a coffee catch up. This is our chance to get to know each other and to discuss your wedding plans. This is also a good way for you and your partner to get comfortable with us so that we can work together easily on your wedding day.
STEP FOUR
Plan and prepare.
In lead up to your wedding day, Aduna Studios will get in touch and offer guidance and creative direction as we see fit, especially creating a realistic wedding timeline.
STEP FIVE
Capture the day.
On your wedding day we'll be there to capture every single moment and turn them into memories you can never forget. Ultimately, we want to have the most relaxed, care free time as possible, so you can enjoy your big day!
STEP SIX
Deliver the content.
You will receive a teaser collection of images within a week of your wedding. Your images and films are then taken through a refined editing process and delivered in a high resolution gallery at a later date, so you can share them with your family and friends.
WHAT'S YOUR STYLE?
Our style is very documentary-like. We shoot the day as it happens by capturing real and raw emotions. We believe this is the best way to capture a wedding day as this tugs the heartstrings of our clients the most.
You will see us provide creative direction from time to time, and this is to make sure we get the best shots as much as possible.
This usually happens during the bridal prep, bridal portraits, and/or to take advantage of golden hour lighting situations.
WILL YOU TRAVEL?
Yes! Aduna Studios is based in Auckland, New Zealand but we do travel around NZ to capture weddings.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
We have a range of affordable packages that you can choose from our Wedding Pricing Guide.
And if you can't find what suits your needs, our packages our highly customisable so please do let us know how we can alter any of the packages and I'm sure we can work something out!
HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?
You will receive a teaser collection of 10 or so images within a week of your wedding day so you can start sharing some of your wedding snaps as soon as possible. The full gallery will then be delivered at a later date, typically within 6-8 weeks, however, this could be longer during peak wedding season.
At Aduna Studios, your images and videos go through a refined editing process which does require a lot of time and attention to detail. We want the results to look as stunning as possible so we can deliver the best possible images and videos to you.
WHO WILL BE OUR PHOTOGRAPHER AND VIDEOGRAPHER?
Patrick Aduna will be your main photographer on the day. If you are after a package with video, we have a small team of videographers who have worked alongside Aduna Studios for years, who also understands the creative requirements when filming.
HOW MANY IMAGES WILL I RECEIVE?
It really depends how long the day goes for and how much photos are taken on the day. Here at Aduna Studios, we typically do not limit the amount of photos we give our clients. If it looks good, we will include it on your final gallery.
But if you want to talk numbers, a general rule of thumb is to expect approximately 100x images per hour of coverage.
For example, an 8-hour coverage will result in 800+ images delivered. But again, if there are more images that looks too good to skip, we will include it in the final delivery.
CAN WE MEET YOU BEFORE OUR WEDDING?
Abso-freakin-lutely! It is almost a must to meet our clients before the big day to discuss wedding plans so that we can prepare and align our visions well. We like to do this by either doing a coffee catch up or via Zoom meeting. This is also a great way for us to get to know each other and for you and your partner get comfortable with us, so that on your wedding day you can be as relaxed as possible.
DO YOU PROVIDE RAW FILES?
Unfortunately not. We believe that our editing adds so much value into our final product that we would hate to give you work that is half finished. We will however, use the images and videos to tell the most amazing story of your wedding day. This is also part of the reason why we don't limit the number of images we deliver as every wedding is different and we would never want to hold anything back for our clients.
